A warm welcome to our web site.
Background…Holz Toys was started after we lived in Germany for several years. Whilst we were there we began to learn of the special regard for wooden toys. The tradition for wooden toys was not the same as back in England and we believed that wooden toys meant so much more and as parents of 4 children we decided to make these toys available here.
History…We have been a retail supplier for 7 years and our office and warehouses are based in Lostwithiel, Cornwall. We have come a long way since we started and have gained many loyal customers.
Aim…Here at Holz Toys we strive to bring you finely crafted playthings that are both environmentally sound and safe and designed to inspire and awaken the imagination.
What we are proud of…With concern for the environment being one of our main priorities, we wish to limit the use of plastic particularly for children's playthings. The majority of our wooden toys come from Germany but we wish to cast our net wider to bring you toys from all of Europe and particularly Cornwall where we are based. As the toys are handcrafted or hand finished each one is individual and no two toys will be the same.
Our products…We really enjoy sourcing new products and we always look forward to extending our range. We have progressed from wooden toys, to then include soft and metal play things.
Ordering with us…We endeavour to make ordering easy as we understand the busy lives Mums and Dads lead. Our website is secure, constantly updated and informative. If buying online is not your thing we have a local rate number or you can request a catalogue and send in your order by post or fax.

Delivery Costs
We have revised our postage charges. Our standard UK mainland delivery (Excludes Scottish Highlands and N. Ireland) charge remains £4.95 per order.
For overseas orders, including BFPO and Channel Islands, postage will be charged at cost. See Shipping Information

Deliveries
Most deliveries are delivered within 10 working days. If your order is urgent please phone us about overnight delivery service available at an additional cost if goods are in stock. We have also introduced a Priority service, please call for more details.
A signature is required for all parcels. |
